the location allowed quick access to museums and shops. i appreciated the proximity to a bus stop for easy airport access. the bar area was nice, a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. the reception staff was very kind, and always helpful.

the location was acceptable. it was near the museums.
The room we got was smaller than expected. it was really hard to move around in there with our bags. I felt a bit claustrophobic. also the staff at the front desk were not very cute, there was no smile or guidance. it wasn't the best first impression.
