I found the location very convenient, set slightly away from the central area. parking was simple and easy. i really liked the gardens extending to the canal. Enjoying a drink there was nice. i was given a canal view room and it was beautiful.

The non-slip coating in the bath felt worn. I saw bits of it floating in the water.

the staff were friendly and efficient. the hotel recognized a reservation issue, upgrading us to a better room. i appreciated it a lot.

the hotel rooms lacked a vanity set. they did not include a toothbrush in the bathroom. there was no complimentary water bottle available.
