check-in was simple. the location was good right by a tram stop and near the central area. the room included everything needed with a decent bathroom. daily housekeeping made bed and changed towels, i liked that.
the reception staff seemed unfriendly and never smiled. the room felt tiny.

the breakfast area has seating for about fifty guests and includes both hot and cold options, like cereals, pastries, and eggs. there is a coffee machine available twenty-four hours daily in the lobby, i liked this.

i liked the location. it was near everything. the train station was close. it connects to all places. it helped me save money on taxis. the dam square was about ten minutes away. it is the city center.
the hotel charged city tax. i did not get a refund. i am unsure why this happened.
