Excellent Central Hotel Experience

The hotel provided nice lollies. I found a very welcome chocolate. The location proved advantageous, close to several attractions. The room had completely blackout curtains. I greatly enjoyed the burger and cocktail bar. It offered excellent burgers. The staff provided free beer or wine vouchers for skipping room cleaning.

the location was fantastic, very central for exploring. the staff were friendly. they were helpful when i had questions about the area. the hotel interiors featured beautiful, up-to-date designs. i admired the overall vibe. there was a great hot beverage selection. a complimentary water bottle was available.

the ventilation system at the back of the hotel was quite audible. the windows were barely sealed. i found the breakfast to be below average. it was poor value for money. the room i was allocated did not correspond to the pictures. guest relations were rude.

My room was really small, this made moving around difficult. The mattress was too soft, it gave me back pain each morning. The air conditioning was hard to adjust, it never got to a comfortable temperature. The bathroom heater did not work also. I hoped for better for that price.

the hotel is very central. the rooms were modern and very clean. the blackout curtains were perfect for sleep. i got a voucher for a free beer since i declined room cleaning (it was a nice touch).

the minibar did not have a price list, but i asked and got the information.
