wonderful stay on the canal
lovely furnishing quirky architecture beautiful garden
i chose this hotel for its location and i was thrilled. the rooms feature lovely furnishings and the hotel has quirky architecture. i explored the beautiful back garden, enjoying a quiet space.
i had difficulty with my room key at times.

the staff are very professional and helpful and also offer assistance with local sites to visit. they offer luggage storage as well which is useful. i experienced friendly and cute service .

Acceptable Stay, But Issues Existed
The room felt quite dark and rather dated. A noisy fan ran all night in the bedroom. I found it hard to sleep. The selection at breakfast was very poor, and I was surprised there were no hot food options available..

noisy fan bedroom dirtiness
i did expect a bit more for the price. the lack of air conditioning was really a problem, the room became very stuffy. also, i found some noise at night and it made it hard to get a good night's sleep. this noise came from what i believed was an external source. the bedroom itself was not very clean.

faulty air conditioning warm room
the location was acceptable , close to restaurants and shops.
the air conditioning did not work in my room , and it was warm. staff attempted a repair once , but it failed again. this significantly affected my experience in the room.

breakfast buffet friendly staff air conditioning night problem
i liked the breakfast buffet. it was excellent with plenty of choices. the staff was friendly to EVERYONE, thoughtful, and cute, something i appreciated.
there was NO air conditioning in my room. i overlooked this when i booked the stay. it was a problem at night.
