The staff was helpful and friendly. they welcomed me warmly, and my room was ready several hours early. the rooms are spacious and modern with nice, clean bathrooms. the hotel's location is superb. It's close to public transport, and the neighborhood has beautiful streets and nice cafes.

The underground room felt a bit overlooked, and it wasn't cleaned. I needed to ask for coffee etc. otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

The hotel is very close to tram stops. A minute's walk connects you to any part of the city!!! it is also a few blocks from a market with loads of different foods. The location on the canal is picturesque.

The staff was super helpful and professional, offering quick and attentive check-in with various tips about nearby dining and activities. the reception had very friendly and helpful employees in the reception. I had a high level of service.

i was very frustrated that my room faced an interior courtyard it reminded me of a prison cell. the staff did little to address my concerns about the noise levels which was quite annoying
