The rooms were spacious. the mattress was comfortable. It was a restful sleep. i found the coffee in the room and from the lobby coffee shop good. every staff member was lovely, friendly and polite. It.

My card did not work after check-in. after waiting, it turned out the room was already occupied. they gave another room, but apologies were few. at breakfast it was a mess. No one helped with seating.

the room was spacious, i booked a superior queen room. the mattress felt very comfortable and i slept well. the coffee from the coffee shop in the lobby taste good, very handy.

the check-in was not great, the staff seemed disinterested. the operations manager made the situation worse, i was so disappointed. the reception wasn't helpful at all with this matter, made things hard.
