decent stay near rai station

rai station breakfast variety clean room small toilet weak air conditioning expensive parking

the hotel is near the rai station! this made travel simple. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices and i appreciate this feature. my room was nice and neat.

The toilet area was very small. It felt cramped. the air conditioning was weak and did not cool the room effectively. This made the room uncomfortable. i found the parking expensive and payable.

inconsistent cleaning faulty lamp

I was initially pleased with this hotel. the location allowed for easy access to public transport. however, i found the room cleaning inconsistent. One day, there were enough towels and toiletries, but the next day, essential items were missing. i reported a faulty bedside lamp that flickered constantly. despite repeated requests, it was never fixed during my four-night stay. this lack of attention soured my overall experience. I expected better maintenance.

The rooms were spacious. the mattress was comfortable. It was a restful sleep. i found the coffee in the room and from the lobby coffee shop good. every staff member was lovely, friendly and polite. It.

My card did not work after check-in. after waiting, it turned out the room was already occupied. they gave another room, but apologies were few. at breakfast it was a mess. No one helped with seating.

the room was spacious, i booked a superior queen room. the mattress felt very comfortable and i slept well. the coffee from the coffee shop in the lobby taste good, very handy.

the check-in was not great, the staff seemed disinterested. the operations manager made the situation worse, i was so disappointed. the reception wasn't helpful at all with this matter, made things hard.

The breakfast options were excellent. The location of the hotel is near the train station, I used it to access the airport.

The gym lacked disinfectant spray so I could not wipe down machines.
