the triple room was very spacious. the customer service seemed great to me. the hotel's location worked very well too.

i stayed from october 6th to 11th, 2024. on the first day, i found other people already inside my room. i then moved to another room with bedbugs, , made it impossible to sleep. i had a disappointing experience.

the room was double booked initially. they provided an upgrade to another location, xo city west. it was closer to the town area, which i appreciated. the staff was nice and helpful. the area felt safe and quiet for walking.

The bathroom lighting was inadequate. Applying makeup proved challenging. The absence of a full-length mirror was an oversight. The room service was inconsistent. One day, the towels were not changed, even though they were on the floor.
