I found the location very useful. The hotel sits close to train lines. I also liked the free drinks provided when declining room service. The staff I interacted with were always friendly and helpful .

I noticed you can't open the windows in the room, a slight drawback.

Solid hotel, close to everything

The staff was kind. They gave us rooms near each other even if we not requested it. I am thankful for that. The lobby atmosphere was also good and the rooms had space. Showers were good.

The TV in the room did not connect to the network. The receptionist showed little interest and said this was a common issue. She did not offer a solution.
