great location clean rooms friendly staff small room difficult parking lack of privacy

i found the hotel's location excellent. it is close to the train station (bijlmer arena). the rooms were clean, and i appreciated the good service. the staff was friendly and helpful.

my room was quite small. the sliding door for the closet also served as the bathroom door. i found it hard to move and lacking privacy. the parking garage was difficult to find.

underwhelming stay near the arena

slow check-in bathroom cleanliness

The joint bar and reception created a slow check-in. i waited a frustratingly long time. the bathroom cleanliness was just not up to par. i found hairs, and the shower had a lot of limescale. frankly, i expected better from this place. parking cost 35 euros, but i never received a parking ticket for the garage. Accessing my car the next morning became a huge hassle!

the rooms where comfy and cleaned well. the train station was very close, what i found really convenient. a good selection of places to eat was really near.

the hotel's proximity to the train station, concert venue, and restaurants greatly simplified my travel and dining plans. the breakfast offered many options. the room temperature control, managed by both heating and air conditioning, worked efficiently. i appreciated the quick checkout process too.

I found the location very useful. The hotel sits close to train lines. I also liked the free drinks provided when declining room service. The staff I interacted with were always friendly and helpful .

I noticed you can't open the windows in the room, a slight drawback.

Solid hotel, close to everything

close rooms good atmosphere spacious shower

The staff was kind. They gave us rooms near each other even if we not requested it. I am thankful for that. The lobby atmosphere was also good and the rooms had space. Showers were good.

The TV in the room did not connect to the network. The receptionist showed little interest and said this was a common issue. She did not offer a solution.

The breakfast offers good variety, one can always select something to one's liking. The quality of the breakfast food was good, everything tastes delicious and fresh. I did appreciate the breakfast.
