The location is REALLY central. Breakfast offered sufficient choices each morning, including usual continental items. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Maid service kept the room very clean daily.

The room provided hangers, a luggage stand, a table, and a chair for convenience. It also had a television and power points next to the bed. Air-conditioning was available (a VERY welcome feature). Clean linens and towels were provided.

The hotel is a short walk from the central train station, about 5-10 minutes. It is also less than 50 yards from the main shopping street, offering easy access to various stores. Dam Square is nearby.

Breakfast service included a good selection of continental options. It was never overly busy. There was always plenty of food available and it was a relaxed experience (especially appreciated in the mornings!). In-room tea was accessible.

the staff was helpful. a kettle was promptly provided upon request. the room matched its description. the free breakfast included tea, coffee, juice and milkshake. i also enjoyed a continental choice of bread, cheese and yogurts. hot bacon and scrambled eggs were available too.
i noticed the pillows were too soft. these pillows did not provide enough support for my head and neck. this made it a little difficult to get comfortable during the night.

the hotel is close to the central station. it serves as a great base. many main attractions are within easy reach from here. this makes sightseeing very simple.

as a woman traveling alone, i felt secure in the hotel. the staff were friendly and approachable at all times. they addressed any concerns promptly and efficiently. it was a safe environment.
