amazing view complimentary drinks small room depressing space
Jose at the front desk was awesome he upgraded our room with an amazing view of the square i checked in early. I also received complimentary drinks in the bar while my room was being made up.
The room was very small there was only one window, not visible from the bed. The bed was surrounded by walls. The space felt depressing.

The location is excellent. I found it a short walk to many major attractions. The staff was universally helpful. I found the room to be clean and well kept. I appreciated the mini fridge in the room. It had drinks and snacks available.
The room I had differed slightly from the one I saw in the pictures when I booked. this was a very minor issue overall.

coffee machine generous room poor quality small selection
the hotel features a nespresso coffee machine in the room. complimentary bottles of water were available everyday. i found the bed comfy and the room's size quite generous.
the breakfast i had was unacceptable considering the price. i thought the selection was quite small and the quality of the items offered was poor. the tomatoes and melon were inedible because they were green.

quick service varied breakfast central location super clean bathroom
i found the staff helpful they offered quick service. breakfast presented many choices i really liked the variety available. the hotel's location made it easy to reach attractions i could walk almost everywhere. the room had a nice size and was clean i especially liked the super clean bathroom.
the city tax felt high i wasn't expecting such a large percentage on top of the room rate.
