Acceptable Location. Disappointing Room Conditions

The hotel's location near the station and restaurants proved convenient for my stay.
The room had a noticeable rodent smell, and bird droppings covered the window upon arrival. I requested a room change, but the staff stated the hotel was fully booked. I was moved to a different room and needed to move again after two nights. This constant relocation disrupted the stay, intended to be relaxing.

the location was fantastic. i loved that it was so central to everything (close to public transport!). the staff were also very friendly. free lockers for baggage was such a convenient perk.
The room was really small. i found it quite disappointing considering the price i paid. the cleanliness wasn't great. I was like the cleaners didn't do a sufficient job.
