uncomfortable bedworn linens
The bed was uncomfortable, leading to a poor nights sleep. i do not think i will return. getting a good night's rest is crucial for me when traveling, and this hotel did not provide that. i also had concerns about the worn bed linens. The poor quality affected my stay negatively.

The staff arranged our taxi to a venue. They advised us regarding the airport bus, saving us money.
I found a significant problem with the room. The bathroom extractor did not work as it should. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and unacceptable, (I expect better facilities). I could not find bedside sockets, an essential feature nowadays.
