central location helpful staff clean room restful sleep
the location was certainly central. the staff proved helpful with directions.. i found the room clean, and the bed ensured a restful sleep. there was also convenient access to nearby transport hubs.
i noticed the decor in some areas could benefit from updating.

fantastic central stay

central location friendly staff quiet room
the location was fantastic near the railway station and union street it took only a few minutes to walk i found this very convenient. the staff were really friendly and helpful whenever i had questions. my room was a good size and very quiet even though the location is lively i slept well.
the shower head in my room wasn't the best the plug for the sink also didn't fit properly it was a minor inconvenience.

efficient check in spacious room central location good variety
the check in process was fast i appreciated charlotte's efficiency the room was recently refurbished and it felt spacious and clean i found the central location quite convenient for accessing different parts of the city the breakfast offered a good start to my day with its variety
the bistro closed relatively early limiting options for a late night drink i wish i had known about ordering drinks to the foyer before venturing out

the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. i stayed in a king executive guest room. the breakfast offered plenty of choice. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection.
