The room included both a bath and a shower, convenient. I used the complimentary toiletries. the hotel provided ample parking spaces behind the building, a good feature. breakfast was a pleasant experience with a wide variety of options available. the staff was very friendly.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the hotel.

The hotel sits centrally, very close to local shops and other amenities. I walked everywhere. balmoral castle is a short drive away, a great bonus. the hotel's proximity allowed easy access to nearby walking routes.

the check-in process was not smooth, and i sensed a lack of warmth. breakfast bookings seemed rigid, not convenient. our room had a detectable drain smell and the mattress seemed past its prime.

The bar had a good selection of drinks. Breakfast offered nice choices and careful preparation. The bedroom suite WAS large and attractive, it featured nice amenities such as cable tv and tea.

i loved the dog friendly nature of this beautiful hotel. top class food came from the restaurant and the staff helped me so much! the spacious suite had a big shower and the hot water never stopped. the bar and restaurant gave off a wonderful atmosphere and i found many scotch whiskies to choose from.
the noise from an extractor fan outside my room was slightly disturbing.
