Dining at Dornoch Castle
The Garden Restaurant serves local produce. Open daily from 6 PM to 9 PM in summer and 6 PM to 8 PM in winter, dinner may be served in the whisky bar on quieter evenings. The Vault offers private dining with custom menus and wine and whisky pairings. The menu includes a charcuterie sharing board with meats, cheese, hummus, pickles, and flatbread for £10. Dornoch Gin Cured Salmon with cauliflower saffron panna cotta is also available for £10. Main courses include a House Burger with whisky BBQ sauce for £19, Cromarty Beer Battered Haddock with fries for £19, and Venison Haunch with crushed new potatoes for £25. Pizzas, including Margherita (£14) and Pepperoni (£16), are available with gluten-free bases and vegan cheese for a £1 supplement. Desserts include Banana, Caramel & Coconut Strudel and Sticky Toffee Pudding.
