the hotel staff displayed a warm and cute attitude. our room had modern en-suite facilities. i found the wifi connectivity to be excellent throughout the building.

The hotel is near the city centre, made exploring very easy. a large car park is available. This is very convenient traveling with vehicles. we loved the location. because it was easy to walk to many attractions

the hotel staff showed warmth. every staff member greeted guests, even the cleaners. the service was attentive and respectful, and i felt valued as a guest. i could tell that the staff had a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

The reception area seemed quite cute. Car parking is available on site, a major plus. I enjoyed my dinner and breakfast in the dining room. The cream scones at the funeral tea I attended at the hotel tasted excellent, I must say.

My room was located closely with the pipes, there were awful racket noise.

the staff were very friendly. i found the bar and dining area quite nice. (i especially enjoyed a cocktail there!).

i noticed there was hair on the back of the toilet in the bathroom. i also saw dried toothpaste on the floor. i stepped on a broken piece of plastic too.
