superb location helpful staff noticeable cleanliness train station

The location was superb. I found myself steps away from everything! the staff were wonderfully helpful, kim at reception especially radiated warmth, her service was both friendly and efficient. the cleanliness was noticeable, a true delight after long travels. i appreciated the proximity to the train station and shopping areas.

the room was rather small, but this was only a minor inconvenience given everything else.

the double room included a window, it offered natural light. the space was furnished with a bed. linen was clean and fresh, very comforting after a long journey.

the location was close to the train station, useful (especially when traveling with luggage).

the room was small. there wasn't any space for luggage and i almost tripped multiple times. the lack of storage was a major inconvenience.
