The location was superb. I found myself steps away from everything! the staff were wonderfully helpful, kim at reception especially radiated warmth, her service was both friendly and efficient. the cleanliness was noticeable, a true delight after long travels. i appreciated the proximity to the train station and shopping areas.

the room was rather small, but this was only a minor inconvenience given everything else.
