Acceptable but with Issues
clean roomfire alarmunprofessional staff
the room was clean and basic meeting my needs it was nicely presented
the fire alarm activated around midnight the process for evacuation lacked clear communication senior staff argued with guests in the corridor at 115 am this kept me awake this behavior seemed unprofessional

the staff were friendly , helpful and very quick at check in. the room was clean and well maintained. i found a lovely nearby pub , it was called the little owl and its food was fantastic.

the breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day.
my room windows were open when i arrived, so the room was very cold. the heating did not work properly and only blew cold air, even after staff checked it.
