The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning did not work and this made my room unbearable. It was like hot air was just blowing around. The windows could not be opened at all.

The hotel has a great canal location near bars and restaurants. The arena is only a short walk away and it is very convenient. The room was quiet and comfortable with great views. The size was sizeable and the bed gave a good sleep.
The air conditioning did not work properly and the room was too warm. I had a difficult time getting comfortable.

Staff addressed requests promptly. The provision of cutlery and condiments for ordered food was a notable touch. Restaurant service was great and they provided an easy dining experience that was very enjoyable.

The top floor bar PROVIDED amazing city views. The atmosphere during evenings was great WITH a DJ. Breakfast staff WAS really helpful and friendly. The room had speedy wifi and a floor to ceiling window.

The room was spacious and quite clean. i particularly loved the location. It really enhanced my stay. the bar at the top floor offered fantastic views, something i enjoyed.
the air conditioning wasn't functioning, and it made the room quite uncomfortable. there was no phone in the room, so contacting reception proved difficult. the bathroom also had an unpleasant smell of drains, disappointing

I enjoyed the amazing panoramic views from the 24th-floor hotel suite. the large king bed was very comfortable. i found the walk-in shower spacious. It was the best shower i've ever had in a hotel.
