The staff was amazing and helpful. I found lots of variety during breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are modern and clean.
The bathroom light did not work. This was discovered on return from a late night out, so I persevered with it. Reception did not know how to deal with the complaint.

the breakfast had a large variety TO CHOOSE from. The location WAS EXCELLENT to the city centre.
the pillows felt a bit HARD. i also heard neighbours because i think guests were allocated every other room. no toilet brushes existed in the bathroom. there WAS no shower door and no main lights were in the room.

the staff provided a warm welcome and were consistently helpful. my room was spacious and very cleanwith everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i easily accessed the utilita arena after the concert and found refreshments back at the hotel. the parking availability was really useful too
the air conditioning was a bit tricky to adjust. sometimes it felt either too warm or too cold.
