I am grateful for the very nice work of Mandy, Christian, and the entire team. They ensured our wedding day was wonderful. The food was very nice, and the team accommodated dietary requirements with last-minute changes. We stayed in a hot tub Cottage Double Room, beautiful and comfortable.

the staff was helpful. the breakfast choices offered many selections. the gardens were well-kept and beautiful. i found the reception staff was friendly and check-in was efficient.

the gardens had amazing views and allowed me to relax. the hotel has an ideal location. it stands right in the town center. the front desk staff were cute. breakfast included freshly prepared food.

uncomfortable gap tired room
I was quite frustrated with a couple of issues. The lack of a proper double bed was a real problem. Our room had two single mattresses pushed together. This setup made for a very restless night. I did not sleep well. The room could use some attention. It felt worn and tired.

i loved the location that was excellent. the gardens were beautiful adding a tranquil touch. the decor in the bar, reception, and restaurant was excellent! the breakfast was great.
the bedroom needed tlc due to chipped paintwork and marked walls, a minor distraction.
