dee, the chef was very attentive, and breakfast seemed perfect. the gym offered diverse equipment. it just needed some heavier dumb bells. rooms showed good size and i felt comfortable there.
someone removed batteries from the safe and it would not work, i had to wait. it then took an absolute age for them to find replacement batteries. no milk was available and there was only one packet of biscuits on the tray. also, a floorboard creaked annoyingly in the room. the curtain came off its runner so it would not close.

the check-in staff were friendly and efficient. the room was impeccably clean. the bed was very comfy providing a restful sleep. i found the layout of the room to be well organized.
The pool was rather small. It did not appear as spacious as it looked in the promotional pictures.

The beds were too high for the king room i booked. They also seemed small. toilet seats were too close to the wall in the bathroom, and the toilet paper stand caused some obstruction. a refrigerator in the room would have been useful.

dirty shower trayconstant noise
The reception insisted on taking my card details even though i said i wouldn't be ordering room service or dining. this felt really unnecessary. the shower tray wasn't clean. I had to scrub it myself when i got there. also there was this constant noise from some machinery all night i guess it was something to do with the pool i had the windows closed but it still kept me awake all night

the location was near the town center, a short walk for dinner. i easily checked in with a friendly staff member. the room featured a perfect bed ensuring a restful sleep. breakfast had a great food choice with great quality and friendly service.
the room felt a bit dusty and seemed to be coming from the aircon unit! i think it needs some servicing.
