the swimming pool seemed nice after the refurbishment.

I paid for a club room and ended up in a non-club disabled room, not what i expected at all (i felt quite let down). the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom looked tired, especially the unclean grouting. the window didn't shut properly, so i could hear all the traffic outside. It was pretty annoying.

the team working here stood out, especially mitch, liam, and honey. they remembered my order at the bar and served with genuine friendliness. the atmosphere was consistently upbeat, even during busy nights at the bar. food came out quickly, and i always felt very welcome.

the room was a little too warm for my liking, even with the small fan provided.

The staff were nice and kind. They did a good job assisting me from the gym reception to the main reception. Each person was naturally pleasant. i really appreciated their willingness to help.

i paid for a family room, but it seemed basic. The room was also a bit cold. i also found the bathroom had a smell of cigarettes, though it should be non-smoking.
