Just ok. Needs improvement
stale bacon expensive menu
the room was a good size.
The dinner menu was way too expensive for what they offered. the restaurant was alright for breakfast except the bacon tasted stale, even when it had just come out. also, the staff could have been more attentive, as i often had to wait to get their attention.

peaceful location speedy check-in nespresso machine filling station
the hotel has a peaceful location and interesting design. the staff offered speedy check-in. my room had a nespresso machine and a ceramic espresso cup. i appreciated the water filling station on the ground floor and the focus on sustainability.

my double room featured tasteful decoration. a comfortable bed (i slept very well) was in the room. the room was very clean. the en-suite bathroom was well-equipped.

The breakfast offered many choices. Staff were polite and cute. My bed felt very comfortable. The surrounding area makes it great for walks.

Acceptable stay despite a minor issue
high room temperature inadequate air conditioning
The staff interactions were excellent.
The room temperature was too high for comfortable sleep. The air conditioning unit did not adequately cool the space. I ended up opening the window (which helped a bit, but it wasn't ideal).

friendly staff room upgrade nespresso machine
the staff at reception and the restaurant were very friendly. i got a room upgrade to a superior double. it was very spacious and clean. the tea and coffee making facilities included a nespresso machine and a kettle. it was easy to use the safe.

spacious room tasty food university access
the twin room was comfortable and quite spacious. food in the restaurant tasted really good and it was priced reasonably. it made attending the university open day easier.
the electric car chargers were not working which was a slight inconvenience.
