The staff extended a warm welcome upon arrival. I found the room immaculate. The free parking was a definite advantage. Breakfast offered a wide selection of choices.

The gym is small and has limited equipment, so it can be crowded during peak hours. I struggled to find a treadmill available when I wanted to workout.

i stayed at this hotel for one night. the reception staff were very professional. the room was clean and spacious. i also enjoyed the breakfast with a good choice of food.

the main entrance wasn't in use, and i was directed to walk around to the back of the building to enter, and that was not a great first impression for me.

the hotel is located on a leafy pedestrianised lane (quiet location). it is a short walk from the city centre, so it is easy to get around. the new walk location is very good, close to the train station.

this hotel has free parking (convenient). the car park gets very full, but a space can usually be found. there is a bar (quiet bar). lots of tea and coffee are provided in the room.

the breakfast selection was good, with a buffet and items to order. i found several vegan or vegan-adaptable items on the menu. the breakfast was great (especially the coffee!).

the room was warm and cosy, with a super-soft squidgy duvet and plenty of space. the room included complimentary toiletries and an iron. i had a good-sized desk, great as i was in town for work.
