The staff provided a warm welcome! there were welcome back chocolates, a lovely touch. the room was comfy and had everything i needed. the location is beautiful. Big windows in the rooms are fantastic.
the room was small and looked old. i noticed two blood stains on one of the pillows, but there were no other rooms available! they gave me tea at reception and bed cleaning. i was charged £40 without permission before checking out!
