the check in process was smooth i was offered a welcome drink. the staff was courteous i appreciated the quick service. my room had arran toiletries i found them quite nice.
the beef main course had alterations a surcharge was then added. a winter vegetable salad lacked cheese i could not find its flavor. we ordered a side of potatoes there were only five on the plate.

seamless check-in generous breakfast beautiful setting
the staff provided seamless champagne check-in. the room, a beautiful king room upper floor, had many pleasing features. i especially liked the generous breakfast. the hotel's beautiful setting added to my admiration.
the lighting in some areas was a little dim, a minor inconvenience.

The staff provided a warm welcome! there were welcome back chocolates, a lovely touch. the room was comfy and had everything i needed. the location is beautiful. Big windows in the rooms are fantastic.
the room was small and looked old. i noticed two blood stains on one of the pillows, but there were no other rooms available! they gave me tea at reception and bed cleaning. i was charged £40 without permission before checking out!
