The Ibis Aberdeen Centre - Quayside enjoys a fantastic location, with the train station and airport bus within a short walk, making it easy to get around Aberdeen. Many guests appreciate the modern feel and have found the rooms to be a nice size, with comfortable beds and great shower rooms; the presence of a kettle and hairdryer is also a plus. While the rooms are generally quiet, some guests in certain rooms have noticed noise from the gym. With a car park next door, it also offers good value for money.

poor ventilationmessy buffet
i found the room excessively warm even with the outside temperature not particularly high the window only opened a tiny crack and the small bathroom lacked ventilation except for a small hole in the ceiling the staff seemed unable to address my complaint effectively i also noticed the breakfast buffet looked quite messy and staff didn't seem to prioritize cleaning it up

convenient central stay

harbor proximitywalk-in showercomfortable bedhelpful staff
the hotel location provided easy access to union street and nearby restaurants. the room was surprisingly quiet, especially given its proximity to the harbor. the walk-in shower was quite decent and the bed offered a comfortable night's sleep. i found the staff helpful with a request!
the payment process for parking wasn't explained upon my arrival. it could have been clearer. a mirror where i could sit to do hair and makeup would have been useful.
