The building looked beautiful with Christmas decorations still up (this added a festive touch!). The staff were cute and friendly upon arrival. I stayed in a recently refurbished room, and it was fine, super tidy, and spacious. I had drinks in the bar and a fantastic meal in the restaurant.
My room was hot upon arrival. I noticed a bad smell in the corridor . I experienced noisy doors banging through the night with people chatting outside my room late and early.

the staff helped. the food tasted good. the christmas decorations made the hotel cosy. i had the best beef cheek i ever tasted. the receptionist was warm and helpful. the restaurant staff were amazing. the hotel room was spacious.
we found the kettle in the wardrobe. there was no normal teabags available. this meant no morning cup of tea for us.

The breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold items.
My room was quite disappointing because the air conditioning did not work correctly. A maintenance alert was displayed. I also noticed a missing desk lamp, made the room too dark. The lighting was insufficient. I reported the air conditioning issue twice but it was not fixed.

Rushmita at reception excelled! she arranged an early check-in at 11 am, a massive help before our event. food and drinks in the evening tasted fantastic. The service felt amazing. the room featured a big comfy bed and a great shower. Breakfast tasted lovely! i'll definitely book again.
parking was a slight issue! i struggled to find a space, but i managed in the end.

we met friends for dinner and booked a night. the hotel still displayed christmas decorations and the staff welcomed us. our lower ground floor room was refurbished, clean, and spacious. the restaurant meal tasted fantastic, after we had drinks at the bar.
The room's heating did not work, so i received two electric panel heaters. The hotel tried to fix it. i chose daily room service, but it was missed one day. bottled water came irregularly. I know tap water is drinkable, but the bottle is a good size.

the room was very slightly dark, and it needed a desk lamp.

i had a really nice time in the room which was very clean i had breakfast there and it was very good i liked the location of the hotel too it was convenient for my plans. every staff member i met was friendly and helpful i could ask whatever i need. the shower was great and always with hot water.
the minibar was available but not plugged in it was pretty pointless i think a little attention in this is needed.
