I found plenty of parking near the entrance. Reception staff were consistently available and ready to assist with taxi bookings. I also appreciated getting extra coffee pods promptly when requested. The rainbow taxis booked via the hotel's iPad were convenient. The swimming pool was very enjoyable. I visited during quieter times to avoid crowds.
The absence of a refrigerator in the room was a slight inconvenience, though not a major issue.

The reception staff provided assistance with taxi bookings, coffee pods, and pricing queries. The option to book breakfast at the hotel for £12.50 if done the night before was advantageous. Plus the Starbucks was really a plus.
I noticed it was hard to get in and out of the bath, with no rail beside width wall.

i loved how friendly the staff were especially at reception and in the leisure area the atmosphere was great i received a personalized call before my arrival to answer any questions i had about my stay the team combined my bookings so i didn't need to switch rooms the breakfast had tasty hash browns and delicious pastries. reception ensured my parking was free the hotel's location made it easy to travel around the area.
during my stay there was loud music coming from the gym early in the morning it slightly interrupted the coziness of the room.

The facilities were modern with a smart design. I found a starbucks on-site, a definite perk. I appreciated the heated swimming pool. It was warm. The provided bed was comfortable. I also liked the restaurant because I could sit outside.

The gym equipment is excellent. I enjoyed the great pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The room service was quick and the food was really tasty. I found app-based room service ordering to be superb and the selection was excellent.
The pillow was TOO high and firm, which hurt my neck.

I found super easy check-in. The leisure facilities are wonderful and the food is good. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool. It was good.
My room was very small. It was smaller than most budget chain hotels. I did not get a bath, just a shower in the standard double room.
