they upgraded my room to a beautiful king room at check in, so amazing! it was really large, it came with a balcony that faces the loch. the restaurant had a varied menu, so many choices! breakfast was tasty with a large buffet and a hot food menu.

the road was next to my room, and it was so noisy when cars drove by.

my husband and i enjoyed a Christmas and new year stay with our two dogs. the team's service was consistently excellent. i especially appreciated puneet, the manager, for being so professional and polite and the views were magical.

i noticed the serving staff during lunch and dinner seemed distracted , and the cullen skink was a little disappointing.

I was quite disappointed with the prawn biryani. It had only five small prawns but cost £27. (i found this very overpriced)
