fantastic stay!

friendly staff excellent location excellent receptionist
the staff were super friendly. sapna at reception really stood out because she were pretty good too. the location is also great!

the hotel's location was special, right on the riverfront, so close to the cathedral and city center. the breakfast offered many choices with options for everyone. the staff were helpful. my room was spacious and warm, a welcome retreat after exploring.
i noticed some corridor areas near reception could use a bit of upkeep.

The location was fantastic for seeing the sights. Staff offered prompt assistance at check-in and check-out. The hotel is dog friendly, a definite plus for pet owners. The location is also super convenient, near everything.
