a very pleasant stay

the room was super clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful! i had an early flight. breakfast started very early, i was grateful. i would book again next time i visit.
the television coverage was poor. when watching, it continually froze. the only way to reset was to turn the tv off and start again. it often took two plus minutes before i got coverage back.

the staff were very friendly and helpful during breakfast and upon checking in. the staff contacted me straight away to arrange the return of my valuable item. the staff's efficiency and helpfulness were standout features.

the breakfast was delicious and had everything needed for a wholesome morning meal. the hotel offers alternatives to milk without asking. the hotel has dairy free yoghurt freely available in the buffet selection. it is mentioned on the breakfast menu.

the room had very effective soundproofing, as i couldn't hear any noise from the nearby airport. the bed was also very comfortable (i slept soundly each night).

The bar service was slow, and my drink order was messed up. I waited ages for a simple gin and tonic, which then arrived with lemon instead of lime, like seriously?!
