rose ann and jhan were excellent. the receptionist rose ann agustin answered my emails before i arrived. she greeted me warmly at check-out. rose was instrumental in taking care of the lost item, instructing me how to have it delivered to my home.
the tv did not work. i found this inconvenient. it slightly impacted my stay.

the breakfast team received kudos, including the host and the chef. the breakfast team also included bus boys who cleaned up after the guests. the food in the restaurant was really good, exceeding expectations.

Excellent Highland Stay!

The breakfast was excellent. I found the staff very attentive and the offering exceeded my expectations. The room was fine, and the view of the water was beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the dinner in the hotel, easy to relax after a long travel day.
The window in my room did not stay open. I could not get fresh air, a bit uncomfortable. The heating, when on, was unbearably hot. It made it difficult to regulate the temperature.

Staff members were helpful and polite. A staff member quickly addressed a minor issue I reported and I felt well taken care of . The front desk was efficient during check-in and check-out processes.

I enjoyed a very comfortable bed. A shower offered powerful spray. Breakfast included excellent choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found the piano to be a nice touch. I also found the room warm with a good view.
I noticed the walls seemed a little thin. This allowed some noise from neighboring rooms. This happened early in the morning.

The location was convenient. Getting around was easy.
The bathroom was small and felt dated. the shower pressure wasn't great. It was hard to get a good wash. also, the noise from the street kept me awake a little bit. the tv remote also didn't worked properly, i had to manually change channels.

i was a bit let down by the room. it was smaller than i anticipated, especially the bathroom. the shower cubicle felt really cramped, and i struggled to move comfortably (i'm not a big person!). i also noticed some wear and tear around the edges, such as peeling wallpaper and a few stains on the carpet.
