the food was amazing!!! every meal was like a special occasion.

i was a little let down that the main restaurant wasn't open every night . we had to drive off the island one evening, and that was a bit inconvenient.

excellent bathroom comfortable bed turn down

the room was quite spacious. it featured an excellent bathroom with a great shower and a rolltop bath. the large room also included a very comfortable bed. turn down service was appreciated.

communication about activities on the island was poor. i waited at the wrong site for my son's shooting activity as the map and signage were confusing.

meals quality friendly staff coastline view small luxury hotel washing machine

all our meals was delicious. the staff was friendly and mostly helpful. there are horses and coastline views to explore. the bathroom was spacious with a separate tub.

the hotel is described as a five-star small luxury hotel, it is anything but. there wasn't simple amenities such as a washing machine.

beautiful building fantastic decor disengaged managers strange vibe

I found the building beautiful. the decor was fantastic. service was perfect there. My bed was made and turned down by an invisible elf, haha! the spa and staff there were really lovely..

we came away feeling somewhat disappointed. it doesn't operate anywhere close to the level of a 5-star hotel.. managers seem disengaged and uninterested, as if guests were a nuisance, a very strange vibe for what should be a high-quality resort.

the grounds and spa were just PERFECT. room was beautiful.

the dinner menu was very restricted. if YOU didn't like seafood, your luck was out. food was served cold often and needed to be sent back Several times.
