All bedrooms include hypoallergenic duvets/pillows, TV, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, complementary toiletries, and a hospitality tray with Mull's Island Bakery organic shortbread. Every bedroom has an attached private bathroom with a shower and/or bath. Inland view rooms vary from 19 to 24 square meters and look over the outskirts of Tobermory.

The hotel's Restaurant & Bar Conservatory provides panoramic views of Tobermory Bay and the Sound of Mull, serving dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. The bar stocks over 100 local whiskies and international spirits, along with a selection of wines. The Cameron Room serves coffee and drinks with views of the village, harbor, and bay. The bar offers a festival foods menu. Guests can enjoy lunch from 12-3pm and dinner from 6-9pm.

Located on the Isle of Mull, the largest island in Argyll, the Western Isles Hotel is 65 km from Oban. Mull offers 300 miles of coastline and attractions like Ben More. Tobermory is known for its waterfront buildings and harbor, with beaches such as Calgary and Kilninian. Guests can take guided wildlife tours to see puffin colonies, dolphins, whales, basking sharks, and sea eagles. There are 3 ferry routes to Mull. The most popular route is from Oban, which drops you at Craignure, a village located 21 miles from Tobermory.
