The location proved convenient.
I found the room temperature uncomfortably cold upon arrival. The restaurant relied on space heaters, and the restrooms seemed like iceboxes. Many guests kept their coats on indoors..

lumpy mattress lukewarm food
The staff proved friendly and accommodating to most requests.
I found the room showing its age. The mattress was lumpy. I suspect two quilts under the bottom sheet caused this discomfort. Breakfast choices were plentiful. the hot food was barely lukewarm on multiple occasions.

The location offered fine views , directly overlooking the harbor. The staff were helpful. My room was spacious. I enjoyed the ample space after a day spent exploring. The bed was comfortable.
The hotel lacks an elevator , so reaching upper floors required navigating stairs.
