a pleasant highland stay

warm welcome friendly staff very nice view evening drink

I found the welcome warm. A new zealander offered whisky and shortbread, unlike anywhere else on my nc500 trip. the staff were really friendly, wanting to. the ladies at breakfast were just as friendly, i must say. They were happy to help. the views was very nice and local pubs were close for an evening drink.

the room did get warm even with the windows open, i must say. the outside temperature was around 14c.

staff extended a warm reception with whisky, shortbread offered. morning breakfast service impressed me, because they were attentive and eager to assist with requests at the breakfast.

this place provides fine views of the sea loch from the lounge area, i must mention. this places ideal location makes it a short walk to the harbour and other attractions.

the hotel features a guest lounge where visitors are allowed to drink own beverages. the lounge offers ice, i must add. glasses for guest use, because that makes it convenient.

the staff were very cute upon arrival. i even received a dram of whisky. the room was clean, and a great view of the loch was available.

the room was quite small. it looks much larger in the photos than it actually is. we struggled to stow our suitcases without blocking the way to the toilet.

poor sound-proofing loud snoring

the room had everything i needed it was a good size and the bed linen reminded me of good quality

the place could use some sound-proofing i could hear everything that was happening in the next room we didn't get a proper sleep i could hear the couple next door talking loudly and snoring even with ear plugs it did not feel private
