late night noise unexpected service charge
The noise at night was quite bothersome. music played until midnight (i needed to get some sleep!). the price for the room seemed high considering breakfast was not included. i also found the service charge on the dinner bill a bit of a surprise. I wasn't informed about it beforehand.
