Romantic Highland Getaway

friendly staff tasty food central location

I was given a three-night stay as a wedding gift and extended it to five nights to celebrate my husband's birthday! The location is superb, being a short walk to the beach and village. The staff spoiled our dog, Asha. The food was AMAZING!!! Every staff member was friendly and always happy to chat.

The shower room would perhaps benefit from more places to put toiletries.

warm welcome friendly team idyllic view perfect cleanliness

Val and Corina gave a warm welcome upon arrival. Janice and her team were very friendly during breakfast. The room overlooked the sea, providing an idyllic view. Housekeepers maintained perfect cleanliness and supported the Green environment service..

The shower could use an upgrade.

The location is superb. I was thrilled with the views of the sea from the hotel. Good parking was available (very convenient!).

The TV did not work properly. the hairdryer seemed on the verge of exploding! The room felt a little bit like a box cupboard.

great view delicious food early check-in dirty room broken radiator complacent manager

i found the location superb facing out towards the bay the views were great from my room. the food was delicious i was so impressed with it. i found a lady on reception very helpful she helped me with an early check-in.

i noticed the room felt a bit dirty even understanding it is an old hotel. the radiator wasn't working so an electric oil radiator was in the room i thought. the tv didn't work and the manager seemed complacent about that situation

I found the big room beautiful with a sea view. a table and chairs faced the window, perfect for tea and reading. the four poster bed was very nice. friendly staff offered helpful service. I loved this. food and drinks were good too.

The hotel felt slightly dated, with some areas needing refurbishment. I noticed a bit of peeling wallpaper, though it didn't detract much from the overall charm.
