useful gym ample parking helpful staff

i found the pool and gym to be very useful after a day outdoors the parking was ample i had no trouble finding a space. the staff were helpful especially with directions. the food in the restaurant was good it met my expectations.

Wonderful stay!

The room was spacious and it had a comfortable bed and a sofa. A mountain view looked beautiful. The bathroom had been renovated. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym were great additions. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The hotel hallways and bedrooms was a bit tired.

The hotel is near the visitor centre, a short drive if you plan to climb. The town is also close. Taxis are available for transportation to and from the train station. It's very convenient.

friendly staff super clean room adequate stay

the staff was very friendly and helpful. my room was super clean and more than adequate for my stay. i found lots of tea bags and milk, a big plus for me.

The gym was closed due to storm damage. the pool and changing room areas have really went downhill. No shower was available in the women's changing rooms, just a dribble.

amazing stay! totally thrilled!

the pool area was really clean. i loved i didn't have to book a slot to swim! my room was pretty adequate and i found fresh towels in a black bin bag outside my door, very fun. dinner was standard but i'm not complaining!

the wallpaper was peeling a bit. it was a very slight issue.

this place is near a nevis climb! i think it is in a cool location with fab views. nearby shops offer a mix of souvenirs. there are great places to walk around nearby.
