the breakfast offered a good variety of options. the hotel's location is convenient for exploring the highlands. our superior double room was spacious and included a large bathroom. ample parking space was available on the premises which i found beneficial.
The water pressure in the shower was a little low. it was not really a problem.

the room was clean and spacious. i got upgraded to an executive room with a balcony, offering direct views of the canal locks and ben nevis! the hotel was quiet and clean. i would definitely stay again!!!
the hotel looks shabby compared to the pictures. some staff did not know their job. i think the hotel is severely understaffed.
