the staff was very cute and helpful. my room was a good size and clean. the views from the balcony area were beautiful (it was a treat to wake up to such scenery).
the room was a bit out of the way from the main facilities.

the room was cold even though the heating was on i felt a draft coming through the doors also people above me were very noisy i complained to reception but nothing happened there was also no light on the balcony at night so i could not see my dog i was given a torch the restaurant felt overpriced the staff kept walking up and down where i was sitting and putting the bill down as soon as i finished eating this did not allow me to enjoy sitting there

The car park had a good size, convenient after a long drive. Our room was a decent size and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and efficient . That helped a lot.
The room smelled of wet dog and we didn't have a dog. Cutlery was slammed down on the table during lunch. Securing attention at lunch was hard. This.

the room felt a bit dated the furniture showed wear. i expected a bit more attention to detail in maintaining the room's condition. also the breakfast service was quite slow it took a long time to get simple things like toast or coffee. the staff seemed stretched thin making it difficult to get their attention when needed.

the location of the hotel was acceptable.
my room had stains on the carpets, and the bathroom was very tired. there were dirty marks on the lower windows to the small terrace, and it smelt of dog. cleanliness was not great.
