the location is great. tour busses are across the street. there's a free shuttle i used going to and from the cruise port. the hotel had good amenities but no airconditioning or swimming pool for a 4 star hotel.

my room got very noisy starting early. i was on the street level in the hallway. the shower isnt the best thing. the bathroom was all wet after i used it. it.

The location is great. It's very convenient for catching tour buses! the staff was excellent. breakfast had many options, i liked it. the view of the concert hall and the sea was pretty nice too.

The room was much smaller than expected! we struggled to open our suitcase. also opening the bathroom door was a challenge! the sound insulation wasn't good. I could hear people walking and talking.
