the breakfast buffet really impressed me. it had tons of choices for everyone. the hotel sit outside the town on its own grounds, its away from the reception and restaurant buildings. my room was also a good size with blackout curtains, and that really help with the midnight sun.
the sound isolation between rooms was not good. i could hear my neighbor snoring all night. the hotel staff didnt offer help when i contacted them. the sauna was also pretty small and seem like it can hold only about four people.

The buffet dinner had a good selection of foods. The breakfast included tasty coffee. The room was spacious for an Iceland hotel. There was a hot tub available on site, though I did not use it.
