Charming Stay!

The aurora watch list added convenience. The staff offered calls if the northern lights was. The breakfast buffet provided many options. Staff refilled items quickly and cleared tables. There was always space available in the dining area. I found this very thoughtful. I loved the town. It had everything I needed and scenic views. It was a perfect base to explore the surrounding area.

The spa area has a separate charge! It was not clear on the hotel's website. It costs ISK 3,000 per person for access.

i stayed in a superior room with a river view. the room was spacious and clean. it featured hardwood floors, unlike the carpeted rooms. breakfast was one of the best i had, including scrambled eggs.

The shower had low water pressure. The temperature was not consistent.

my room was upgraded. i got a beautiful room with a river view and it was very clean. breakfast was included, the buffet included great options. the location is a short walk to a food hall and grocery store.

it felt dangerous. it lacked a double security door and the hallway seemed like a service area.
