great location helpful staff
The hotel location works for walking around. Bus stop 8 is nearby for tour pick up, I thought it was great. The staff was excellent and helpful whenever I had a question.
The doors closing was very loud, it bothered me. I was unlucky to be next to some maid storage.

the staff assisted us in choosing a restaurant near the hotel
the room felt cramped it was basic the window was small it didn't allow enough fresh air into the room i couldn't sleep well because it was too warm

central hotel with excellent service
helpful staff warm room convenient location
i found the staff helpful they provided excellent restaurant recommendations. my room was consistently warm upon my arrival and cleaned meticulously each day. the hotel's central location provided easy access to shops and the bsi bus terminal i appreciated this proximity a lot.
the shower space was a bit small it was difficult to avoid the shower curtain.

Excellent Stay in Central Location
central location easy access good breakfast
I appreciated the central location, a short walk to many shops. The hotel provided easy access to explore local attractions. Breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was very good. I also enjoyed dinners at this restaurant, named Snap.

limited menu worn carpets
The breakfast selection lacked variety. the fruit seemed old. the room service menu was limited. I had few options after a long day. i also noticed some wear and tear on the hallway carpets, they require prompt attention.
