an okay hotel stay!

i arrived early in the morning and they were able to check me in early because they had a room available! it was such a lifesaver for me, i so appreciate this hotel. the bed was really comfortable, i slept so well. the gym had everything i needed for my workout.

the restaurant service was just hideous, i cannot lie. ordered food was cold or barely warm each time. there was also a large group in house taking over the entire restaurant. i felt completely dissatisfied and unhappy during my dining experiences.

the hotel location allowed easy city exploration on foot. the staff were friendly. the room included high-quality bedding. i found the lounge in the lobby comfortable. a great experience overall.

during my stay, i noticed there was no designated parking for hotel guests. this meant street parking nearby was necessary. finding a spot proved a bit challenging at times.

the staff were friendly , especially asaad. the location was good. the hotel was clean.

the room was like a coffin , with a window opening to a small , dark space. rooms definitely do not deserve the rate. i feel there are rooms with better views available.

Acceptable Location, Significant Noise Issues

slamming door refund process

The location of the hotel was acceptable. It was close to many sights.

I found the noise level unacceptable. A loud service door slammed repeatedly outside my room, disrupting my rest. This happened in the afternoon and early the next morning. I reported it, but the problem persisted. I also asked for an email confirming the refund process but they refused.
