My room was like a coffin with a window opening to a very small dark space. The room should not deserve the same rate as other rooms.

i arrived early in the morning and they were able to check me in early because they had a room available! it was such a lifesaver for me, i so appreciate this hotel. the bed was really comfortable, i slept so well. the gym had everything i needed for my workout.

the restaurant service was just hideous, i cannot lie. ordered food was cold or barely warm each time. there was also a large group in house taking over the entire restaurant. i felt completely dissatisfied and unhappy during my dining experiences.

The location of the hotel was acceptable. It was close to many sights.

I found the noise level unacceptable. A loud service door slammed repeatedly outside my room, disrupting my rest. This happened in the afternoon and early the next morning. I reported it, but the problem persisted. I also asked for an email confirming the refund process but they refused.
