the breakfast had a lot of choices, it was not exactly the same every day.

The room felt more like a budget three-star place than a boutique hotel i expected. the sloping ceiling meant i had to be careful not to knock my head. lighting was a mystery, sometimes working and other times requiring unplugging lamps to get them to work. It was weird.

The room felt quite cramped. I found the lighting inadequate for reading, a major drawback. the promised television remote was missing upon my arrival, causing considerable inconvenience.

Fantastic Location and Great Breakfast!

The staff secured my bags upon arrival, which let me explore the city right away. My room was ready earlier than expected, so check-in was easy. Breakfast was included and proved very good. I loved the variety of options. The hallways are dimly lit, however, I enjoyed my stay.

It was difficult to get in and out of bed as the bed was only six inches high off the ground.

The front desk staff was friendly, always ready to help with any questions I had. They assisted with directions to nearby attractions. I really appreciated their attentiveness.

the location is amazing. stepping outside places you right in the heart of everything. the front desk staff were really nice accommodating my early arrival with luggage storage. i found the little desserts waiting for me upon check-in to be a good touch, showing attention to detail. i would choose this hotel again!

the mini bar prices seemed a bit high, so i opted for local supermarket finds instead.

The staff was really helpful. I asked for extra towels, and they arrived promptly. Breakfast offered a decent variety. The skyr was particularly good. I found the location quite central. It made exploring the area easy.

The gym was rather small. It only had a few pieces of equipment. It felt a bit cramped. The room was also a bit dark. I had to turn on all the lamps to get enough light.

I found the location excellent. it was close to many local attractions. a junior suite was roomy and adequate for a couple. the breakfast buffet was consistent. It provided plenty of options. the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. i appreciated that.

The cleaning in general didn't give an impression of excellence. I felt it needed a bit more attention.

the hotel location was perfect it was very central and close to everything

i was disappointed with the room size it was quite small and not like the pictures i saw when i booked there was also limited storage considering i had winter clothes the shower room was also small with a plastic curtain that stuck to me while i showered the staff did not go out of their way to greet me and some ignored me completely as i left.
