i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the complimentary breakfast included a variety of hot food, fruit, cereal, and pastries. i was able to find free parking spaces outside the hotel.

i found that the rooms could use some updating. there were limited english-language tv channels available. i also had some trouble with the shower.

Great Location and Helpful Staff

The staff was very helpful. Damian REALLY helped me with my tours. He spent over 20 minutes on the phone with the tour provider (amazing!). The breakfast buffet was amazing, too. It had a wide variety of options. My room was comfy, and the bed was nice and soft.

The hotel parking was full when I arrived. I had to park a little further away on the street. It was not a paid parking area, but it was still a bit inconvenient.

The service was super. They even offered a ready-packed breakfast because I was leaving early (a thoughtful gesture).
