The location was NICE. I could easily walk to many shops and restaurants. I also appreciated the kettle in the room. The grocery shop located just behind the hotel was VERY convenient for grabbing snacks.

The room felt basic. It could definitely use some updating. The pillows were uncomfortable. I reminded me of I was lying on air during my sleep.

I really appreciated the breakfast buffet. it had great quality and variety. the location proved excellent because it was close to the harbor path, and a few main streets. accessing restaurants and museums became easy. also, the front desk staff seemed friendly, helpful, and professional. They were available 24/7.

the room had very little natural light, feel quite dark. the lights in the room were not bright enough either.

The hotel is near bus stop #9. This allowed for easy tour bus pick-ups. there are shops and many places to eat within walking distance. the hotel is tucked back from the main road, so it had little outside noise.

The staff held my bag after checkout. This was really helpful. The location is close to the main shopping street. The breakfast had many choices. It was very organized.

The room felt old. It was in need of refurbishment. I did not like the shower design, as the shower curtain was ineffective. The bathroom flooded after every use. Basic amenities were not provided. I asked for a toothbrush at reception, and they did not have any.
